JPT Aromatherapy sells gift certificates in all dominations. A small shipping fee applies. Please inquire at [email protected]

Payment Options:
Pre-Pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX ). If you wish to send a personal check, please allow for a two weeks clearing period before shipment is sent. To avoid any hold on shipments, money orders may be sent. COD is not available on website orders.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, except during the holiday season. UPS ground is our standard mode of delivery but for a small fee we can ship by Priority Mail. Any order may be RUSH delivered by selecting Overnight, 2Day and 3Day Air. All RUSH orders are shipped the same day if placed by 10:00am Pacific Time. Please make note of shipping preference on your order. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - orders are shipped 2-day air only.

Backorders:
While we make every effort to maintain 100% stock levels, as with any natural product, backorders can occur. Should an item be backordered, please allow 6 weeks for delivery. Unless otherwise notified, any product not in stock will be automatically placed on backorder. Once backordered items are in stock, we will notify customer. Please let us know if you wish not to have any backorders.

Organic Products:
While 95% of our line is organic some oils do become unavailable in organic cultivation. If you wish to have ONLY organic oils, let us know so we can cancel any non-organics from your order.

Special Orders:
While we try to keep our inventory updated on our website some items may become unavailable due to seasonal changes. So please ask about availability when ordering if you are urgently in need of a particular product. In some cases our inventory does change and a product that use to be available in regular inventory could switch to special order only (8 weeks delivery) please note these changes on the order part of our site.

Return Policy:
DAMAGE/ERROR: Returns are accepted at no cost to you if products were damaged in shipment or sent to you in error. Please notify JPT within 24 hours of receipt of goods @ [email protected]. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund. Please keep original packaging and UPS will be contacting you.

ALL OTHER RETURNS:
As these are used for healthcare purposes, once a product has been opened it cannot be resold for quality control reasons. Therefore, if customer is not happy with a purchased item it may be returned for merchandise exchange only and a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.

All returns must be authorized prior to return and will not be accepted without an authorization return number.
