Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDERS

• Retail Store Opening Order: $100.00
• Re-Order: $50.00
• Practitioner Opening Order: $75.00
• Re-Order: $50.00

• All C.O.D. orders have a $5.50 COD charge added (per box) to invoice.
• NEW customers must show proof of tax exempt number before purchasing.
• NEW customers must pre-pay by check or credit card or receive goods C.O.D. (money order). After 3 months of continuous business, application for terms will be considered.
• All Net 30 accounts will be considered past due on the 31st day, and will be subject to a 1.5% service fee. 
• There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Future orders will revert to credit card or money order only.

All items in stock will be sent out within 48 hours of order date. While we make every effort to maintain 100% stock levels, as with any natural product, backorders may occasionally occur. Should an item be backordered, please allow 2 – 6 weeks for delivery. Unless otherwise notified, any products, which are not in stock will be automatically put on backorder (except in the case of COD shipments, please re-order backordered items). Once backordered items are in stock, we will call to notify customer of its availability.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Most items listed on the wholesale price list are kept in current inventory, some carrier oils & floral waters are seasonal so please call for availability. Special Order items (i.e., bulk) take 4-6 weeks for delivery. 

RETURNS:

• Returns are accepted up to 60 days from purchase date, with prior authorization ONLY! Any returned product, which is sent back without authorization, will be refused. No exceptions.
• Returns are accepted on goods, which are damaged in shipment or sent in error by our company. In this case, JPT must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 
• Items returned for other than damage, or sent in error by JPT, will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Prior authorization for return is required... 
• Items returned MUST be in re-sellable condition, without label damage or broken.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground trac only. If customer wishes to use a different carrier, a handling fee may be added to invoice. All requests for OVERNIGHT, 2-DAY, or 3-DAY UPS must be placed with our office by 9:00 am (Pacific Standard Time) in order for it to ship that day. All UPS charges are paid for by customer. Orders placed after 9:00am, will have to go out the following day as UPS pick-up is by 10:00am.
